  Extremely disappointing with this firm; they have different time zones so appointments are mix matched and if you miss Your call appointment by a few minutes Mr.McKenzie himself will discriminate against you as a client because he doesn't call his pending clients, His Clients have to chase and call him. Usually as a lawyer and several lawyers I've worked successfully with have no problem returning calls and working FOR the client not the CLIENT working for them when it comes to a simple phone call. My case was open and shut with the state of Florida behind me and this lawyer saw it fit to say he has expectations for his clients that They CALL HIM not him calling them. Very pitiful and very discriminating against clients who have jobs that require taking clients of their own on a first come first serve basis. I can not turn down my clients inquiring for help because I have to call him on HIS TIME discretions. He insulted my integrity stating foolish notions such as "I EXPECT my clients to follow simple directions" Make sure not to miss his "phone appointments" are you're off his list for being a client Very disappointing and Very Disgusting character for any lawyer at law

  We contacted several other lawyers who said that we could not sue the Florida Department of Children and Families for wrongfully entering our home and removing our children. Then we found Alistair McKenzie. He not only took our case, he attacked it like a bulldog! Because he was so thorough, persistent, and passionate, we are the ONLY family that has ever collected money from the Florida DCF for wrongfully removing children. He is a great lawyer who is passionate about civil rights. I highly recommend him.
